You shall be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing Services on the Website.
You shall not use the credit/ debit card, which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in any transaction, you must use your own credit/ debit card.
The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/ debit card details
FUL2Mart shall not be liable and/or responsible for any card/ online transaction other than the one which is conducted with FUL2Mart.
The Rewards points earned by you through Ful2 Mart may be redeemed, Subject to following conditions:
The FUL2 Point Rewards Programme is open only to FUL2 unique account holders.
Reward points will be offered only for successful purchases made on the FUL2 Mart.
The account holder cannot transfer Reward points to another account holder.
Account holders are eligible for the programme only as long as their FUL2 accounts are valid.
Fraud and abuse relating to earning and redemption of Reward points in the Rewards Programme will result as deactivation of FUL2 account.Ful2 reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Ful2 in this regard.
In order to return any products sold through the Ful2 Website, You are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
Products should be unused.
In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team not later than 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Upon receiving your complaint, Ful2 shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Ful2 is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Ful2 will inform the relevant Vendor of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Ful2 reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Ful2 in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Vendor selling the defective product/ service will be solely responsible to you for any claims that you may have in relation to such defective product/ service and Ful2 shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
Before accepting shipment of any product, you are liable to ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery and thereafter you are required to raise an alert with us within 24hours intimating us that you have refused delivery on account of faulty packaging. The return process of the product may be restricted by Ful2 depending on the nature and category of the product.
You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within 48 hours from receipt of such notice. To avail re-imbursement you will have to submit respective docket details to FUL2 fulfillment team along with proofs.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.;
You are required to securely pack the return packets which should be strong and adequate packaging so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Ful2 – business patners in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.
In case of products sold under the Seller’s Warranty, if the nature of fault found in the Product is technical or repairable or a fault covered by Warranty of the Product, then it shall be got repaired by and sent back to you by Ful2.
In case of other products sold under their respective Warranty, the product shall be taken by you to its authorized service centre.
In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Ful2, the value of such product, as originally received from you will be refunded to you.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment received and Ful2 or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:
Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the current circumstances as determined by Ful2;
There may be certain orders that Ful2 is unable to accept and must cancel. Ful2 reserves the right, at Ful2 sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order without assigning any reason whatsoever. Ful2 may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Ful2 will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.
CANCELLATION BY FUL2 USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, Ful2 reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever.
As part of usual business practice, if Ful2 receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Ful2, Ful2may, at its discretion, cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within a reasonable period of time.
Ful2 will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
Ful2 has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Ful2 and accept Ful2 decision regarding the cancellation.
Only those products which are returned properly by the customers as per acceptable return policy and for which the replacement is not possible will be eligible for refunds.
FOR ONLINE REFUNDS
In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (Credit Card/Debit Cards/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer Card Account.
For online refund the transaction might take 7-21work days to reflect into your account.
Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of FUL2 before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event case your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list.
In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by FUL2 in such cases FUL2 will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
FUL2 doesn't deliver items internationally. However, you can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the INDIA along with the shipping address also within INDIA.
In case you book multiple orders for the Products and Services in one transaction, FUL2 would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If you purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you.
If you wish to ship Products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

Octroi charges, wherever applicable, is borne and paid by the user. The Courts at KARNAL (Haryana) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement irrespective of the Place of Order and/or place of delivery of Product.
